Eligibility
- Must hold a postgraduate degree with at least one year of professional experience
- Must currently be from and resident in an African country
- Currently working in data governance, digital policy, AI, technology, or a closely related sector
- Able to commit a minimum of 2 hours per week to the fellowship
- Reliable internet connection and a functional computer are required
